` Preorder/Spree means items are NOT available yet. We collect money from YOU first and later on proceed to place order for you. So, it will take at least 1 to 2 months for the actual items to reach you. Please join only if you are comfortable with the waiting period.
` NO PAYMENT = NO ORDER
Full payment had to be collected. No such thing as pay deposit first and when items arrive then pay up the balance.
` 1 Time payment applicable for Preorder and Instock items only. Spree normally will require 2 times payments (1st is to pay for cost of items + overseas shipping fee + handling fee | 2nd is to pay for local postage fee + any additional charges incurred for making payment to supplier eg. paypal surcharge etc).
` Strictly NO changes allowed after we confirmed your orders. This is to avoid placing wrong order for you. Changes will only be allowed when we say items you chosen are not available anymore.
` NO cancellation of orders after we confirmed your orders. Even if the waiting period is too long, we also do not accept cancellation of orders. If you insist on canceling, only 50% of the original amount will be refunded back.
` Overseas buyers, please note that a 10% service charge of the total bill will be applicable as it require more effort for us to prepare and mail out your order.
` Items are subjected to stock availability/colours.
` It is NOT 100% guaranteed that the items you ordered are always available.If your items is out of stock, please accept our apologies and we will do the refund at the very end of the preorder.
` Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Items will be checked by the supplier before sending out, thus all items are mailed out in proper condition.
` Items are mass produced, so there might be a slight differentiation of 2-3cm.
` Colours of the items might slightly differ due to photoshoot lighting, computer resolution etc.
` Actual items might not be 100% exactly same as the stock pictures but it will be at least 80% similar.
` Minor defects such as loose threads, button not sew properly, washable stains (those can amend on your own) etc will not be exchangeable/refundable.
` Shall there be any problem with the item, please inform us within 5 days upon mailout date, and item should be returned within 7 days upon complaint. Any complaints that come later, will not be entertained.
` According to the Customs (when our items arrive from TW into SG, the parcel have to go thru the Customs checking), if the CIF value exceed S$400, we will be required to pay 7% GST for the items. NOT always will we be made to pay GST for our goods but if that ever happens, all buyers will have to split the GST. E.g. if we are charged SGD$70 (GST) for total of 70 items, each item will be $1 (GST). So if you order 5 items, the amount of GST you have to pay will be $5.
` For those opting for registered postage, please note we can only send maximum up to 2kg per parcel. That means if your items weight 2.001kg, you will be required to pay 2x registered postage = $2.50x2 as we will be sending in 2 separate parcels.
` For those opting for items to be sent via normal local post, we, Momosuki, will not be liable if the parcel is lost or damaged during the mailing process.
` In most unfortunate case, should the supplier cheat us off our money, we, Momosuki, will NOT be liable in any way for the loss and damages incurred as we ourselves are also being cheated.
` We, Momosuki, shall reserves the rights to make any amendments to the Terms and Conditions at any point of time.
